  1. Occupation is when the vast majority of a place is opposed to "the invader" and wants to be free of that invader ! Occupation is not dictated from an opinion on the outside of "the occupied" territory by a group that's not indigenous there if it doesn't aline with the wish of the majority of the civilians actually living there. So, unless you are both a born indigenous Crimean and part of the majority your opinion on if it's "an occupation" is mute,....nul and void, not relevant, etc. The only relevant group that gets to say it is or isn't "an occupation" are the majority of born indigenous Crimean's and they see it completely different whether you like that or not, can't argue with reality if it's the reality the indigenous Crimean majority wants,....Democracy m8. One doesn't get to choose what constitutes a legitimate Democratic process if the outcome isn't what you preferred it to be,....that would not be Democratic m8, especially not if you aren't part of the Crimean indigenous majority, not to mention have an a agenda of your very own.
