Has an investigation been done into the Auxiliary troops movements and their communication prior, during and after the ambush (this includes any locals like an interpreter, local guide, etc) ? I'd like to know why (first off all) the other vehicles managed to move out of that ambush and why they did so,....and why in the manner they did. Was there any sign of militants in the direct area of that town before the ambush took place, how was the Intel and whom delivered that intel ? There might be perfectly fine explanations for this, but clearly, mistakes were made, the investigation needs to look if those are sound under the circumstances and if anything shady happened prior, during and after the incident from any angle in that town and surrounding area.
