Then why can China have Chinese Navy vessel there and refuel and rearm their vessel in Harbour city ? Why are there armed Chinese Military and Police staff there ? And why are Chinese armed coastguard vessel patrolling that area ? Why are there facilities being build to house 40.000 to 60.000 Chinese there permanently and why did Sri Lanka lease that reclaimed Land to China for 99 years with a clause for 99 more Ad Infinitum ?
