  2. Nobody outside the USA either respects him or sees him as a "diplomat" he's a CIA asset with connections to the weapon industry, oil industry and Wallstreet. And apparently now to Trump,...but that's just temporary, these types tend not to have morals or real convictions other than being in the loop to make a buck.
