Look, i think Oscar is a dangerously unstable man and probably committed willful and premeditated murder, but it's not proven by any stretch of the imagination that this was the case. Putting Mr Pistorius on trial again for the same case without new evidence being presented to the court seems to me like Oscar is being tryed by public opinion, that has nothing to do with the letter of law it's more akin to a witch hunt.
