He's been drugging and raping countless woman and girls for decade's, but because he's shuffling instead of walking and going a bit senile the court is lenient on him and gave him 3 to 10 years,...which in reality means he spends 12 months in prison then fakes a health issue and he's home again. But what of his many victims that underwent rape at his grubby hands and have to live with that for life ?
