Greece from start to finish has been artificially pumped with Western loans, membership in NATO, EU, etcetera etcetera. Even the concept of "founders of Western civilization" was taught to them by their Western liberators...The project was to sever centuries of Oriental cultural alignments and links, and the birth of "Europe"/Europeanness. Without Western involvement, Greece wouldn't be any more advanced than Tunisia, Lebanon and other Mediterranean countries exporting olive oil and tourism... Greeks got indebted to become Europeans.

Joebidensmellsyourhair 123 Arab governments were literally installed by the British and then the Americans. They are not Islamic. Erdogan in Turkey has more valid claim to being an Islamic leader (or more accurately, Islamist)

In your analogy, the Amhara are the Austrians, Tigray Hungarians, Oromo = South Slavs, Somali =Vlachs (more affiliated with neighboring Romania).
68
I'm sure Putin anticipated that before making his decision.
57
The guy from WHO is Tigray btw
42
@nahomabreham sounds like you're LARPING cuz you made several posts hiliting how Tigray you are. Doth protest too much
40
The UN is just an extension of American foreign policy, and is an American created institution.
39
Also Chinese Communist party is a product/offshoot of Soviet Bolveshism... Japanese imperialists and German National Socialists had no political philosophical links. Putin was a product/offshoot of Soviet intelligence...(for anyone who says Russia is no longer communist)
33
Caspian report on most of his geopolitical research just uses western talking points. Not an Azeri perspective. Idk why it's called Caspian report, should be called Washington DC report
32
He had to wait 5-7 business days from Azeri intelligence office
30
Armenia compelled by the powers that be to fight this fight. It's not even in Armenia's interest.
25
Djibouti has China's, France's and US military bases all next to each other...I think that tops your example
25
@theterriblepuddle1830 as if Belgians were protesting it back then...

@shmeckle666 There is no such thing as a Syrian government. There is a ethnic minority ruling Syria with help from foreign governments. Would be like Mormons ruling the United States with Canadian backing. Then when the American ppl rise up, they are called KKK or whatever the equivalent to Salafist militants is for America.
24
@ru4582 dude any Taiwanese who thought this day won't come is a big fool. You really think Taiwan will last?
23
@Ladey Babey haha you're so naive. An institution can be American and be against official US State department objectives specifically for the appearances. Do you think it's by coincidence veto power except for China and Russia in Security Council is given to American allies? Permanent pro American majority in the security Council. Anyways look up the History of "the league of Nations" the whole concept of a world body that is supposed to represent every nation state is an American one. Do you think the US is naive enough to HQ an anti American institution in NYC? 😆😂

@df7205whip48 search "Wagner Group in Libya"

Hopefully the Ogaden will soon be incorporated with a now stabilized Somalia...it's rightful owner.
22
Greeks were compelled by Europe to fight against Ottomans. They were even compelled to name themselves "Greeks" and not Romaioi (Romans) because the West didn't want confusion with their own (Latin) Rome.
21
Binkov is not neutral.
19
The mistake was the short sighted "Marketing" of Kurds as these hip, pro feminist wunderkinds due to their fight against ISIS. Kurds were bound to be betrayed, they are the ones who lost most due to the secret Sykes-Picot accords (not Arabs) and they've been betrayed during their uprising against Saddam aswell.
19
@NoName-pi7ke Israel HAS a benefit to America...it serves as a little pitbull to keep Islam at bay and splits Arabs into Mashreq and Maghreb (just like Armenia also splits up the Turkic world)
18
@leaveme3559 obviously the second... History is about strong currents, and no sense being a trout that swims upstream!
17
@Charles_Anthony remember when you could find full length movies on YouTube? Remember when no ads? When I check the Trending stuff, I feel sick to my stomach
16
@masonerakaat842 you will never be allies with Israel, just clients. At least Turks are in the same league (regional power trying to survive and finesse its way around Zionist wrath and machinations).
16
Stephen Jenkins The Saudis are Clients, not allies. Please don't comment on things you're not aware of.
15
Egypt cannot even handle ETHIOPIA
15
Prashu Anand keep up the good work, id be impressed too
14
Stephen Jenkins You are speaking to lapdogs. Arabs who are politically literate know their leaders are installed as basically Prison Wardens.
14
France and Italy are in shambles...you had US protection hiding the rot, but with USA retreating and NATO dissolving, you will be exposed for the relics that you are. Actually your assets in Africa are being strongarmed from you by Russians for eg...so you should not concern yourself with Turkey and currency manipulaiton.
13
It should be part of Somalia tbh...the majority of Djiboutians are ethnic Somalis from the Issa tribe.
13
Expected response from someone with such a name...
12
@Ladey Babey Demonstrate to me tangible ways the UN has been anti American in its policies. This is schoolboy stuff, sorry
12
Do you understand why it was called "sick man?" Because it was behavior was like modern Greece, just a black hole for European loans. Turkey is now Bogeyman of Europe like 1600s And the Egyptian guy, lol. Egypt is not even a state. It rely on Saudi welfare and Sisi Militias (not a real army... cannot even attack raggedy Ethiopia building a life threatening Dam) Sisi militia is for growing vegetables and making sure Egyptian ppl don't have another Arab Spring. That's all.
12
War with Syrian army, Iranian NCOs and Russian Airforce you mean...
12
Jamaica has untapped Bauxite reserves...Trump tarrifs on aluminum etc is good for prices. Idk, tourism etcetera
11
What wealth? It literally relies only on its geopolitical advantage...
11
Makes as much sense as saying America would be much more secure if it gave the Southwest to Mexican-American or Hispanic republic. Actually the odds are increasing for that to happen beofe anything like Kurdistan.
11
Why are you lumping the whole continent of Africa under one category? What does Nigeria have in common with Egypt? LOL...Caspian Report always demonstrates his Americanized sentiments (Americans are the ones responsible for making "Africa" seem to be one country, since they don't want to dignify its nuances and diversity).
11
@leaveme3559 sorry for my harsh tone broski
11
It was known as French Somaliland until 1977

@blackflagsofpakistantheeas9109 Pakistani are just the Indians who converted or were compelled to convert to Islam. Everything else is just demonstrating your insecurities. This is from a fellow Muslim.

Burning City Didn't I predict it? All the comments on Chinese imperialism and racism I heard it from white actual racists. You need to understand, you only got cultural power now (Hollywood popculture, internet culture, social media etc). World Bank and IMF have not been in the news for decades, once the dollar goes as the world currency it's over for your neck of the woods and your bloated middle class and welfare classes. Don't worry if a few Chinese call them "black ghosts" or what not... their racism will never be a "state of the art science and way of life" like it is in your societies.

Oh you naughty little...

@banto1 those Jews were different from these. Those Jews were Aramaic-Arabic speakers and spoke Hebrew for religion. Many saw the Arabs as liberator from the Byzantine Empire occupation. Today we have people speaking English, Dutch, Russian Polish...and a revived, heavily Yiddish inflected Hebrew, for their religious purposes and in the secular state of Israel. Most see themselves as being part of Western society. Different thing totally. I miss the 638 CE Jews...

@Thenoisyoneyes History is authored by the winners. The West told your ancestors they better not call their independent country "Rome" and told them to call it Greece, lol. This is chronicled by history. When they come across the Pontic (Anatolian) Greeks and asked them who are you, they replied "We are Romans".

Turkey is just filling in the vacuum of American weakening and its withdrawal from the Eastern Mediterranean. The region is filled with client states (Sisi's Egypt) and bankrupt states (Greece, Cyprus). So it's just natural Turkey takes a leadership role in its natural sphere of influence.
10
"Ukraine" is for Russians What "Ogaden" is for Somalis.

+Broodrooster24 first of all, the depictions of Imam Ali, Hassan and Hussein stem from persianate culture. This depiction is not what they looked like, but a rendition of Zoroaster/Zartosht (look how he was portrayed) and given an 'islamic' veneer. Also, as previously mentioned eyeliner is not considered 'fabolous'...it is both a sunnah (ie something done by the Prophet Mohammed SAW) aswell as served practical purpose in deflecting the intense desert sun rays. Same reason NFL football players apply black paint under their eyes.
