A wonderful environmental lawyer who lost his way. A lawyer who broke the law by illegally dumping rotting road kill in Central Park. Waiting for him to be an honorable New Yorker and make restitution to the Central Park Conservancy and the Urban Park Rangers.

I feel certain you know very little about the history of Central Park, and the predicament of most of the public parks in NYC while we were recovering from bankruptcy in the 70s and 80s. But Rfk jr is more than old enough to know that history. Illegal dumping in public parks was a huge problem. So much debris was dumped in the Bronx River, it literally took years to clean out. Now the Bronx River has beavers and turtles again, and the river is thriving. That's why illegal dumping is a huge issue in NYC, and why an environmental lawyer would absolutely know that he was breaking an important law. In addition, he staged the dumping of the dead rotting bear cub as a crime scene, and it was investigated by the NYPD, thereby wasting public resources and taxpayers dollars. What he did is illegal on several levels, and we all must be concerned when lawyers are okay with breaking the law. Rfk jr needs help, not cult followers.

If his speech included misinformation, it is responsible for a news organization to cut away from the speech, otherwise they themselves are spreading the misinformation. Some of his misinformation about violations of due process are probably only one example of incorrect statements that the BBC did not want to spread. Because of the pumpkin head, we have become numb to public figures who spread lies. However, it's a dangerously bad habit that must be broken. Let's start now.

BBC doesn't broadcast misinformation, so ....

Illegal dumping is ... illegal. Much less illegally dumping rotting road kill in a well used public park like Central Park. He is a lawyer, so he is more than aware of what he is doing when he breaks a law like illegal dumping. He was able to escape the law due to exhausting the statute of limitations, but if he is an honorable New Yorker, he will make restitution to the Central Park Conservancy and the Urban Park Rangers. Don't know how he can repay the NYPD for the wasted resources investigating the crime scene he created, but he is an intelligent attorney, and I await his next action to repair his illegal act ten years ago. When he was 60 years old. Not a teenager, not a drunken college student, a 60 year old lawyer.
