  1. Accidental slip on the part of this commentator: "the way he governs..." ( 5:57 ) Yes, Thomas is trying to govern and create laws from the bench, but that is not the job of a supreme court justice. He needs to interpret the laws that legislatures have placed on the books, period. At least Thomas is the oldest justice, so hopefully he will be gone one day soon. Stay safe, stay strong, everybody! We need to pass lots of legislation to fix this mess. Vote big and blue 💙 in November; we already know that republicans are too dysfunctional and toxic to get things done now. 🗽🎆🗽
