  2. The pumpkin was not declared innocent in the Jan 6th case. The trial was not able to run its full course because of the election. With a new DOJ coming in, Special prosecutor Smith decided to discontinue the case, and the judge dismissed the case in a manner that allows it to be refiled in the future. Unfortunately, sitting presidents cannot be charged criminally. Once they are no longer sitting presidents and become private citizens, however, that protection is gone. Even the odious immunity opinion will not shield him because the actions of Jan 6th were those of a losing candidate, not a president discharging his duties. Use reliable news sources.

  3. An executive order or even a bill does not change the Constitution. There would have to be a new amendment reversing the prior amendment (22nd amendment). That new amendment would have to be approved by Congress and ratified by 38 states. Where is this ground swell of support for the idea that presidents have three terms? Everyone is talking about more term limits, for SCOTUS, for Congress, etc. However, I do think it wouid be great to ratify new amendments for gun safety and to reverse the odious immunity opinion. 🗽

  4. Please realize, the voters are going to have to do this job. We do not want him in the White House, therefore we must vote accordingly. It might have been nice if the three other court case had come to trial in a speedy fashion, but they didn't. Those charges will go forward eventually. The voters must step up now to get the job done. Period. Vote carefully, everyone. This is not a game, not a tv show, this is our nation. ⚖️💙🌊💙🌊⚖️

  5. Support the work of community based legal groups that assist in bringing the numerous legal challenges to respond to the numerous inappropriate moves from agent orange. Support local journalism so that they can get information to the grassroots effectively. Do not think that there is nothing you can do. Resist everything, but in a systematic way so that you don't become overwhelmed by the firehose of actions. Yes, this has never happened before, but wrong is still wrong. Btw midterm elections are right around the corner in 2026. Start organizing now, start volunteering now. 🗽💙🗽. We got through World War Two, we can get through this.

  6. Don't get overwhelmed by his firehose of actions. There is still right and wrong. Democracy is not a spectator sport, it is a participation sport. We must challenge everything, do not comply in advance. Appeal everything. (BTW isn't that what agent orange does? Appeal everything to create legal roadblocks.) Donate to ACLU or any community based legal groups that can challenge the illegal actions.
