  1. Honor the angels with gun safety legislation. Contact your representative ASAP. Btw, one of the angels was very interested in the environment, and her mom asked the town not to release balloons in her honor in 2022. Balloons are not good for the environment, because eventually they come down sometimes in the ocean, sometimes in a tree, where they endanger wildlife and marine life. I remember that because I was so impressed that a fourth grader was so savvy about environmental science. I am not trying to be hurtful, I know everyone is trying very hard to do the right thing (except the governor and the state legislature who are not cooperating on accountability or legislation). I just wanted to put it out there, in the hopes that her mom will know that her daughter is remembered in many ways both small and large. Uvalde, never forget, never give up. 🦋💛💚💜🦋🗽

  2. Wow, I guess they really don't want things to get better. Wow, that hurts. "Because he was mayor before..." sounds like a good reason not to vote for him. Vote for someone who will fight for your town, to get something better going there. Can you honestly say that town couldn't use some economic development? Wow. Back to the past. I'll never understand.....

  3. Ten states already ban AR 15. Hopefully, the other states will add their voices. Likely that Texas might be slow to adopt an AR 15 ban, but if several states surrounding Texas get the memo, it would make the region safer. And a different Texas governor would be a big help. 🗽🦋🗽
