This federal legislation was passed in 1978 to prevent another Watergate. So tearing up documents, illegal, tossing papers in the toilet, illegal, moving boxes and boxes to your private house, very illegal. Please remember Al Capone was jailed for tax evasion, not murder.   2. So it should be clear now that this iteration of the formerly republican party can not be trusted with a majority in the House or in the Senate. This is a "never republican" voting moment to protect insurrection accountability, rule of law, an independent Attorney General, reproductive healthcare, voting access, etc. Tell republicans to clean up the toxic mess and become a functioning political party again. 60+ Senators, maintain majority in the House. 💙🌊 Vote blue up and down the ballot. 💙🌊🗽 Be well, be safe.
