  2. Ageism is discrimination, and discrimination is unconstitutional. Even the social security system encourages people to work until age 72 to collect the best benefits. However, voting is encouraged. And if our political system can clean up the hateful mess it has become, we could attract talented young people back to political service. Problem solved. Let's do the work.
