One thing confuses me, and I haven't heard any reporter discuss this: what security responsibilities fall to the secret service and their work with the protectee, and what security responsibilities does the campaign have to pay for? If the pumpkin head campaign is using funds for legal fees, are they not spending enough for security? If anyone knows this answer.....
