  1. Affordable housing!! This is about not allowing real estate interests charge abusive rents. Profit is profit, but housing is a different type of product and the government must recognize that a profit driven industry, especially one as unscrupulous as real estate, is not a good fit. Do we not remember the damage created by the 2008 housing market crash? We need a different system.
