  2. G Bart: Most of what you are saying is misinformation. Before the pandemic, NYC was enjoying historically low crime rates. Strict gun control got us there. NYC is not perfect, but our schools do not experience mass shootings. "Man with a gun" is a call NYPD takes extremely seriously. That kind of call becomes almost impossible in a chaotic open carry no permits environment. It is hard to imagine an AR 15 walking down the block. It would be spotted and called in well before reaching a school. Tennessee is #8 in gun homicides. Tennessee has a gun problem. The gun industry is making money from the misery, because fear sells guns. Embrace gun control and gun free zones; they work.

  3. Repeal PLCAA, the worst bill Bush ever signed, to restore liability to gun manufacturers for the damage caused by their grotesquely dangerous products. If gun manufacturers were not shielded from liability, their own lawyers will insist on gun safety protocols at point of sale to demonstrate due diligence in court proceedings. Repeal PLCAA.
