  2. This is anecdotal evidence that no knocks should be allowed. There are many others where they got the address wrong There are too many that are the result of SWATTING. And the no knock and dynamic entry types of assaults create a lethal confrontation that can lead to unintentional shootings. And some jurisdictions hand them out on flimsy evidence and friendly judges. There are extreme cases where there is verified imminent threat of violence that need a no knock. But the rest need to be banned.
