  1. Funny that he says this. When I powerlift, I do the same thing between sets and then hit the ammonia salts before getting up to the bar. It's like I have 1.5x power. Sometimes, especially with arching on the bench, I'll go blind for a bit... but you don't really need to see to get the job done. It's kinda crazy.
