@thePyiott I think the person responsible is the CEO who apparently allowed carbon fibre and titanium to be mixed together when building the submersible. Then again, I’m sure they all signed a waiver. Very sad, all of this.

I’d rather believe that, because then I know they had an instant demise, basically no suffering, instead of 90 hours of anguish. I actually had trouble falling asleep last night because I knew the oxygen would be running out by dawn (Canadian time). May their souls Rest In Peace, and perhaps we should consider not viewing the titanic as a touristy destination but rather what it is - the site of a tragedy, a ship wreck that took 1500 souls, and should be left alone in the depths of the sea.
