  1. I feel awful for the boy. I’ve been attacked by dogs, this will traumatize him for life. Plus he’s going to have a painful recovery, it will be hard to find a position to sleep etc. Please find this woman, Toronto police.

  6. @MikeVan-qi9si I’ve known stories of “friendly” and well trained pitbulls who have attacked family members. These dogs have issues and are unpredictable. And therefore, dangerous. If it was YOUR son having his leg shredded by a pitbull jaw, would you still say they’re not bad?

  7.  @kerry7967  the laws in Canada are very lax. The owner of the dog who attacked me got away with ZERO fines, she only had to use a muzzle when taking him for a walk for 40 days after the attack. That’s it. She still has the dog.

  8. I’ve called 311 to report stuff like that and they expect us to photograph the dog and the owner. Really! When the two dogs were charging at me and my son. They wanted me to have stopped and taken a picture! This lady had two huge dogs without any leashes. They charged at me and my son and only stopped because a car zipped by ( yes, they crossed the street to come at us). Toronto is a huge disappointment in terms of dog safety.

  17.  @giovanna722  I see why you asked your question, but it should not matter whether there was one bite or multiple bites as in my case. Irresponsible owners need to understand that once their dog becomes a biter, they have FAILED.

  19.  @ttthaiss  my God, the poor boy! This is horrible. The police needs to find this woman and that dog. They don’t belong on the streets. They lost that privilege when the attack on the boy happened.
