  4. An oligarch bribed a government minister in the 1990s. The bank whose shares he bought got bailed out. The media machine he owned got taxpayers money. The political party that is aligned to him got to rule, without a popular mandate, thanks to Bertie's mate. Where are the cops? There was a tribunal of Inquiry proving corruption. Where are the cops? If that woman was selling cocaine in a pub in D4 full of journalists.... Where are the cops?
