  4. If I was in charge in Beijing, I would want any war to proceed while Biden, Blinken, Harris etc are in control in Washington. The odd thing is that Blinken wants a war with China, in the medium term and is actively preventing avoidance of conflict. China is being pushed into a war by Washington by Blinken.
