  1. There is a bundle of expenditure, centred on an illusion.....wasting your money, time, ambitions and attention. Gambling, alcohol, TV, expensive flights, tickets and being surrounded by other spectator sports sheep.

  2. I stopped watching TV many years ago. It is a complete waste of time. I can play football. But watching it is wasteful.
