Erdogan is a loud mouthed fool. He made numerous threats down the years against Syria.... He sent his armed forces across the border. But he had to stop at some point, because of internal destabilization and the Arab nationalists ( who tend to be the officer corps, and professional classes in Middle Eastern societies ) were aligning against him. Erdogan has once again posed the question "should Turkey be booted out of NATO ?"
