  2. The Chinese have an actual border. Maybe that is why nobody tries to breach it. Also no welfare or free housing in China. You either work or you starve. The legal profession are not incentivized to fill China with non-Chinese. The entire asylum system as it exists in liberal societies run by Trots, does not exist. That is the key difference.
