Nobody is as capable, as focused, or as professional as the South Africans of NL heritage. They are the most competent in every field. Because they work so hard. They work much harder than the Anglos, or the Zulus or the Xhosa or anybody else. Maybe people of Portuguese origin are closest, but they are still a good bit behind them. The Russian and Australian governments have figured this out.
