  1. This is a MASSIVE SCANDAL. Ukraine was officially NUETRAL for most of this period. The Ukrainian State was not supposed to be playing with biological weapon development with another country. The officially were not doing it. Now it transpires that Ukraine was lying. Washington was also lying. The MSM are lying.
