  2. Harris is clueless. But she is a sideshow. Blinken deliberately collapsed the diplomatic route. Blinken insulted the Chinese, giving the Kremlin a massive boost. Blinken is effectively the PotUSA, outside the USA. He is a disaster. He made this a zero sum loss for the Russian government, by failing diplomacy.
