Instigate a regime change with neo Fascist thugs in Western Ukraine, and disperse them through the Ukrainian Army. Then feed weapons into the Ukrainian army to be turned against civilians. Same thing in East Asia. Blinken tried to forment hatred of China. Same occurred in the Middle East with Washington backing extremists to fight and eliminate pan-Arab and Arab sovereignty movements. Washington is driving all this war and hatred.
