  43. Alexander is correct. In the Latin countries people have a scepticism towards politicians, media organs, political party machines, bureaucracies, and lobbyists. It inoculates the common people from bad policy making. But in NW Europe, a large section of the population believes EVERYTHING that they are told. Scepticism is socially abhorred, as a result of media power. This is going to be painful to watch and extremely costly to endure.

The wind and rain has increased in the past week, though not sure how long that will last. I have a suggestion - sort out Nord Stream 2. Also there is a cold weather system in the US North West that is beginning to extend towards the Central US. Therefore the US has it's own energy requirements.
