  8. Boris Johnson cannot even run a cabinet, and he is projecting himself in the South China Sea and loads of other places that do not matter. What happens if the Argentines send their navy near the Falklands when all of this is going on? A quick phone call from Beijing for mischief could make this whole thing look absurd.
