  2. Lagarde is making massive volumes of currency. 10% inflation in Spain is not a problem. The debt will shrink in real terms. Same applies to Italy. But..... 8% inflation is a big problem for the German banking system, which is a massive creditor. It is an even bigger problem in The NL, Lux.
