  2. Five people have failed Biden Harris Blinken Austen General Milley. All of those five had a role in this capitulation. The decision involved approval and consultation of each of those. It was not possible to proceed without them. Biden is actually the only one faci g questions. The others are hiding. This is frightening. The media are going soft on these five failures. The USA is NOT a declining power. The USA is a system of governance that is failing due to inept leadership. Much more like the USSR in the 1960s, than Britain in the 1960s. If the leadership is not replaced with a more competent leadership, then the USA will become a Breshnev era disaster, on a long road to serial underperformance. It is now up to Congress and the governors of the various states to ask for a new election ( unprecedented) with competence as a core question for the sake of the American people.
