  2. Italians know that politics is a circus, and people intelligently react by never taking any of their claims seriously. In the UK some people have figured it out ( they are now refusing to vote for the uniparty) but most have not figured it out.

  5. "The podcast of the Lotus Eaters" already covered Nigel Farage. He is essentially, a campaigner not an administrator. He has shown bouts of interest in various topics, but no interest in leading a thorough program of change or reform. He is not sufficient for the scale of the problem.
