  3. She was in an organization that is an enemy of both Syrian and Iraqi governments. She was in that organization and probably has a lot of information, that would be deemed useful to the police in both those countries. It is also possible that she might have been a witness to criminal acts. Therefore she should be handed over to the police in either of those countries. She can help the authorities to resolve who is responsible for murder, theft, repression, rape, destruction of property, and abuse. That would give her a purpose. HAND HER OVER TO THE SYRIAN OR IRAQI AUTHORITIES.
