To be honest, at this point in time, the question deserves tobe asked "how on all earth did somebody as useless as Nancy Pelosi get enough votes to be elected to anything ?".  It could only happen if there is corruption. Even Californians are not that stupid ? Even with marajuana on the brain, they would be able to identify Pelosi as being a charlatan.
