The virus got out of control in Western Europe, where two client regimes of Brussels let the virus spread all over the world. No criticism of governments in Rome, Madrid or Berlin concerning the incompetence in their governments. The variants are a lot of the problem. The government of India led the way in facilitating vaccine production. Meanwhile in the EU the politicians were fumbling and wasting time.
