  2. Still not one response answered my point about the hypocrisy of Washington in respect to the sovereignty of other countries. Washington is now driven by a sense of purpose, built around controlling the world. The Monroe Doctrine has become a route to the entire world being bullied like has occurred in Latin America. American pre-eminence amounts to bullying, and the implementation of client regimes. This is not the choice of the American people. It is the choice of the Washington warfare state, the Neo-Cons, and the weapons industry.
