  1. Blinken is the type of fool, who made a career out of sounding more impressive than he really is. He is made for softball interviews from Western media journalists. No doubt, he is extremely capable in terms of political skill in the Democratic Party. But he is not suited to looking after any serious responsibility. Compared to the consistent clear Pompeo he is erratic and duplicity. Compared to Clinton he is humourless, and distant. Compared to Condi Rice, he is arrogant and dispectful. It seems that nobody picked Biden - he climbed the greasy poles and destroyed rivals in his own party, and gained Biden's trust. For Russia, and China there is nothing to gain from cooperating with Blinken, and everything to gain from building their own partnership to develop their own independence from a regime in Washington that hates the American people,
