Xi is correct to avoid the G20. Washington has every intention of turning this into a PR exercise against Beijing. Biden is an incoherent mess. Biden has already insulted Xi. Blinken has insulted the Chinese leadership on multiple occasions. The smartest decision is to avoid the various actors who see themselves as the Western "leadership". They have zero interest in constructive dialogue. Beijing knows this. In fact, everybody knows this. It is completely obvious. Only the Western MSM insists that the Western leadership are re responsible and competent. Only those that wear blinkers agree with the Western MSM. The West is now ruled over by a bunch of useless peacocks. China has correctly read this.
