Therefore Libyan was not an approved state. It never could become one. The West got "regime change" in Libya. Libya is now wrecked. Throughly wrecked. Well done to the US State department, the CIA, British Intelligence, Sarkozy, etc....

Therefore they needed to reconcile their differences, support one another's sovereignty and ensure no outside interference. This also will improve relations in the region. Washington's aspirations of using India, Vietnam, the Philippines and others as a weapon against Beijing will be reduced greatly.
