  1. I do not think that this will change the balance of power in Europe. In fact I think that this changes nothing in Europe. But all over the Third World people are watching the results of a Washington backed coup encounter resistance. This will have a profound effect. People in the Third World will observe the hypocrisy of leading Western nations, and be disgusted. No sanctions against Washington for illegally invading Iraq. No sanctions against Washington for Co ertoperations in a long list of countries in Latin America. No sanctions against Washington for supporting terrorists in Syria, and other Arab countries. The balance of power has not changed. The conversation is changing. And..... Blinken brought this about. Blinken is a disaster for US intetests. He has mastered the "talent" of infuriariating people who come in good faith prepared to negotiate.
