  2. After this invasion ("special operation") the Ukrainian government will NEED a security guarantee. That security guarantee will need to be serious. Several other countries in the neighbour hood will also need security guarantees. Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Moldova will need a security framework. They will all require respect if sovereignty from Russia. The issue of NATO membership fir Armenia and Georgia will need to be addressed. This will also raise questions Concerning the military in Russia. Russia will need to provide non militarised zones.
