  1. The current regime in Kiev has a 22% approval rating. The current government was voted in to negotiate terms and allow a peaceful settlement, the policy direction has been to beat the dissenting regions into line. That is a disaster. Absolute stupid. Another Ukrainian election is needed to get moving on a peaceful negotiated solution that gives more autonomy to different regions. And preferably neutrality.
