  1. Average Russian people are basically waiting for the West to fix Russia for them. They have no interest in fighting their own government, they rather run away like Roman has.

But as far as "helping" is concerned the West helped provide a soft landing for the end of the USSR and we've been open to business and other ways with Russia ever since. We have indeed "helped" a lot and all for nothing.. This time when Russia falls, no soft landing.. Let them hit hard so maybe this time they learn. What about you brave warrior? What have you done?
