@timmy3590 if you look at 18 wheeler you can see that it has no tire on the right side and its sparking. Likely what happened was the driver literally had no control over what was happening but the reporters and the authorities in this situation making it seem like he was just some guy not paying attention. Pause the video when the 18 wheeler first comes into frame and you can see
