  3. truth is the cop was close to his shift ending and rather spend $20 then arrest the guy and do paperwork as he's about to go home. Cop didn't do this because he cared. If he cared he wouldn't be a cop - he would be something else.

Example the Rodney King beating all the officers got away with it. You say it wasn't right but then you don't want to hold them accountable.. I think the truth is you just don't care unless it happens to someone you care about. So much for your government skepticism when you believe everything the police say..
