The cop was still close enough behind him to witness the wreck.. The biker OBVIOUSLY believed he was still being chased and there was a cop car behind him..

The most common actual cause of death in motorcycle accidents is head trauma FOLLOWED by loss of blood. This cop has certainly been trained with basic aid and how to stop bleeding. You can leave the helmet and leave the body position and still render aid.. You are making excuses for lazy police

Yea.. You know they teach cops to use their experience and knowledge to profile us so why would that not apply to them?
