hello, I have OCD too, and ptsd and extreme anxiety and depression. Yes its horrible. Especially self paranoid rumination combined with violent intrusions. Torture chamber inside ones own head

@bsbdptsd yes same in Croatia. We have VAT at 25% (!), so we pay for the UHC, but jts sooo dysfunctional. You one ends up either going private ly (bankrupt lol) or rotting away waiting for their appointment. I had a simple back pain appointment scheduled in a year later. MRI's you ll wait for 10 years lol sigh

Roman, I have a video suggestion, on an incredibly important topic. On Youtube, there is currently an absolutely massive criminal ring of fake rescue channels flourishing. They torture animals for views and then pretend to save them. They kill them,maim them, etc But they are not sanctioned, they are even fully monetized. They are protected for some reason. Instead, videos exposing the abuse get demonetised. Please, you have such influence. Help raise awareness. Its absolutely disturbing. We are called to speak out.
