  1. Extra skin can be a c*nt tho. Same as stretchmarks when gaining some weight. Im female and I've never been over BMI 19.8 but a few years ago at 21 i hit rock hard bottom with my mental health (finally got diagnosed with ASD etc next year after i had to pay for the evaluation myself..) and I starved down to 47-48 kg and a BMI of 17.3. I could barely stand and couldnt lift my arms up from the tiredness. This year i gained a few kgs back and finally returned to my pre starvation weight over 50 kg, though In still very deconditioned muscles wise. But anyway, the problem is that now i got white butt stretchmarks lol. I just noticed one day woah tf dis. They arent too prominent or anything but it defo makes me reluctant to gain more weight... The skin stuff sucks.
